Per room, per month. Nothing per guest.
Charging per check-in would mean the busiest week of your year is also the most expensive, and it would make us something you think about at the desk. A room either exists or it does not.
$1.99per room, per month
A 6-room inn pays $11.94 a month.
- Unlimited check-ins, guests and staff accounts
- The live shared form, on as many devices as your desk has
- Printed registration forms, and the amendment trail with them
- Availability and the day’s arrivals and departures
- Your PMS connected, where we support it
- Backups, and a restore we have tested rather than assumed
- Your register exported to you, whenever you ask
No minimum. A six-room inn pays for six rooms. Billed quarterly, and we invoice you — there is nothing to cancel and nothing charged to a card you have forgotten about.
Nothing to set up. We create your hotel, your rooms and your first account, and sit with reception until they have done it a few times.
If you leave, the register goes with you. A hotel that stops paying keeps its data and can still export it. We suspend accounts; we do not delete registers.
Outside the United States, rates are agreed property by property. Samyojak was built in Nepal and priced for it; if you are there, or anywhere else, write to us and we will work out what is fair for your hotel.
